6. Fibre reinforced composites as a tool in the dynamic treatment approach
This course will include lectures and patient cases, and will be chaired
by Pekka Vallittu
Opening ceremony
Robert Frank lecture "In search for a second earth", given by a distinguished
Polish scientist. Aleksander Wolszczan has discovered the first planetary
system outside the solar system. His finding was recognised by Nature as
one of fifteen of the most fundamental (together with those of Einstein
and Roentgen).
Science Transfer
These events are offered to those scientists and practising dentists
who wish to obtain state-of-the-art knowledge on listed topics. Events
are free of charge to meeting participants. Those who do not register for
the meeting can take part in science transfer, registering only for this
event. Two symposia (5 and 6) are planned, one on Saturday afternoon and
the second on Sunday morning. Simultaneous translation into Polish
will be available for symposia thanks to the support of the Polish
Dental Association.
Scientific sessions
All sessions will be chaired, and discussion is strongly encouraged
Oral presentations will last for 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes
of discussion. Only single projection will be provided as a general
rule of IADR meetings.
Poster sessions will be interactive; the presenter - during the viewing
- will be asked for a short presentation (3 mins), and be expected to answer
questions put by the audience during discussion (5 mins). |
